Review: Enoteca La Torra
Is Enoteca La Torra deserving a Michelin star?
Enoteca La Torra didn’t even come close to earning a Michelin star. From chewy ravioli to the raw meat in the Lamb Villeroy, our dining experience was a letdown, and we even skipped dessert. It was the first time we left a Michelin-starred restaurant still feeling hungry.
The restaurant is located in the charming boutique hotel Villa Laetitia, which is owned and run by Anna Fendi Venturini. The villa exudes an old-world grandeur, and we felt more like we were dining in a museum than a restaurant. The service was good, and the dishes were served at an excellent pace. The sommelier did an impeccable job with the decanting, which is a rare feat these days.
