Fine dining located in the Skissernas Museum in Lund, Sweden. The restaurant has a modern, minimalist interior with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer views of the museum’s gardens. The menu features seasonal, locally-sourced dishes that are prepared with a creative flair. The dishes are beautifully presented and the flavors are well-balanced. 

We particularly enjoyed the high-grilled quail with sugar snap peas, fava beans, unripe red currants, and blue mussels, which was cooked perfectly. The service at På Skissernas is friendly and attentive, but can be a bit slow. The food also takes a while to come out, even when the restaurant is not busy. However, the food is worth the wait.

Overall, På Skissernas is a great option for a special occasion meal in Lund. The food is excellent, the service is friendly, and the setting is beautiful.
