We particularly enjoyed the high-grilled quail with sugar snap peas, fava beans, unripe red currants, and blue mussels, which was cooked perfectly. The service at På Skissernas is friendly and attentive, but can be a bit slow. The food also takes a while to come out, even when the restaurant is not busy. However, the food is worth the wait.
