Review: Coworth Park
Coworth Park Hotel is surrounded by a picturesque setting of flowers and horses.
Located just 25 minutes away from Heathrow Terminal 5, Coworth Park is a countryside resort where you can see air traffic without it bothering your ears. It is one of the nine hotels around the world that belong to the Dorchester Collection, and it was our first stay among them.
The hotel had a slight old-school feeling to it, perhaps due to the reception and lobby, which lacked the expected wow factor and were a bit dull. However, we had wisely booked a room down at the Stables, which turned out to be a good decision.
During our stay, we had lunch on the terrace, which was nothing special. However, The Barn redeemed the lunch later that night with an excellent dinner. We sat inside, which was cozy, but outdoor seating would have been even better if it weren’t for the cold weather at the time. Coworth Park is situated on classic grounds and aims to make you feel the same way.
