At last, it’s time to pack the suitcase once more. This time, it’s a short trip to London, leaving the cold, grey, and rainy Sweden for English weather, which is absolutely the same except it’s double as warmβover ten Celsius degrees, so we expect to see some British men already in shorts.
Valentine’s Day is on Wednesday, and we’ve secured a table at the first restaurant we dined in London. Hopefully, it’s still as good and magical as the first time. We are excited for The Ledbury. Michelin has just awarded The Ledbury three Michelin stars after 14 years of having two stars. Restaurant Mere is, of course, on our list as well. We have been visiting them since they opened the restaurant, and they hold a special place in our food hearts.
We are eager to explore this dynamic city again, looking forward to making fresh memories.
