Bairaktaris

Bairaktaris in Athens is a beloved restaurant that has earned its place as a local institution. Situated in the bustling heart of the city, it offers an authentic Greek dining experience. Indulge in souvlaki, gyro, and traditional meze dishes that celebrate the rich flavors of Greece. With a vibrant atmosphere, friendly service, and honest food, don’t miss the chance to enjoy their white wine, available in either 50 cl or 100 cl options, at a more affordable price than the Tsasiki dish we ordered.

While the menu features pictures of the dishes, we understand that it may not be the first choice when selecting a restaurant. However, trust us, the food is good, the wine was nice and the portions are generous. It’s wise to share a dish if you’re not super hungry.
