Review: Hotel Siam Kempinski

Siam Kempinski Hotel was our first hotel stop in Thailand.

We were greeted by the grand entrance of Siam Kempinski and the friendly smiles of the red-clad staff.

We originally booked a Cabana duplex room situated next to the pool, providing easy access for a refreshing dip. Unfortunately, there were two deal-breakers with the room. Firstly, it had a moldy smell which can be expected in rooms near the pool.

We requested to see another room, but the second one reeked of cigarette smoke. Due to these issues, we abandoned the Cabana rooms and opted for an Executive Suite in a nearby wing.

In Conclusion

While the hotel is impressive, it lacks a personal touch and is conveniently located near shopping malls. Overall, our stay was average, but we do not plan to return.
