On our second visit to Claridges, we booked a three-night stay in a newly renovated Mayfair Balcony Room. Though the air conditioning was a bit loud for our liking, the management team quickly offered us a free upgrade to a Claridge’s Suite that exceeded our expectations. The room was impressive and provided us with a peaceful night’s sleep.
We had an average lunch at the hotel restaurant during our stay, but breakfast was fantastic! The food was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious.
The management team provided exceptional service throughout our visit, and the concierge was incredibly helpful. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient location in the Mayfair district.
